This modern duplex features a stunning roof terrace and presented unique challenges in its structural framing. By leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), we ensured seamless coordination among all trades involved. This approach allowed us to effectively integrate structural elements, optimizing the large, open spaces envisioned in the architectural design.
