Because of our knowledge of existing building structural systems, our design services go beyond that of our competition. In addition to designing safety equipment layout and capacity, we design the attachment of the safety equipment to the building structure!
ARCOS provides a line of safety equipment specifically designed by our internal engineers to withstand the structural loads involved in accessing building façades and environmental conditions on building rooftops. We also install the equipment to ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire process.
OSHA regulations and industry standards require that anchors and davit systems be load tested before being placed into service, every ten years, and after specific events. Annual visual inspections are also required to maintain compliance. ARCOS is qualified to conduct load tests and visual inspections.
